Attorney dAVID HATCH

David is an experienced attorney and business leader.  He has a passion for the intersection law, technology and sales.  Before becoming an attorney he was a software sales professional for 10 years.  After graduating from Western Michigan University - Thomas M Cooley Law School he started his own practice.  He has augmented his experience working in sourcing and procurement for the State of Michigan and a Fortune 500 medical device company over the last 7 years.  He focuses on "positive contract law" - which he sees as building long term relationships while mitigating risks with an eye on both the present and the future.
